Questions
What departments ask
Why is the trial voice only?
The video face is the expensive part, and it's the part we size to each department's plan so nobody waits for a slot. The voice trial is the same people, the same engine and the same debrief; it tells you whether the training works before anyone commits.
What counts as an hour?
Time in conversation, from the knock to the end of the run, rounded up to the minute. Reading the call sheet and the debrief is free. A run is never stopped mid-conversation; when a department's hours run out, the next knock says so.
Can we pay by purchase order?
Yes. Ask for an invoice and we'll set the account up by hand while it's processed.
Who can see an officer's runs?
The officer, the department's coordinator, and us for support. Nobody else. Transcripts and recordings belong to the department.
